Thinly sliced red onion
Halved grape tomatoes
Orange Slices
A bit of cilantro
Lime juice
A little bit of olive oil
Sliced Avocado
and...
GRILLED SHRIMP!
Marinate the shrimp in hot sauce and lemon juice and grill for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve the warm shrimp on top of the salad and you have yourself a quick, healthy, delicious meal.
